Like many small businesses, we started modestly in 2011, working out of a spare room in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. It all began with a simple idea and a deep passion to bring it to life.

Today, we’re proud to run a thriving shop in Melbourne, supported by an incredible team. Every day, we’re grateful for the opportunity to do what we love and see our vision grow.

Our Journey from Repairs to Renewed Technology

Our story began with a simple mission—bringing broken iPhones back to life. In 2011, we launched as a small repair business, tirelessly fixing iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches for thousands of customers. Over the years, hands-on experience taught us what makes a repair truly last. That’s why we’ve always prioritized using the highest quality parts, ensuring every device we fix meets the best possible standards.

As technology evolved, we noticed a shift. By 2020, modern devices had become more durable, and people were holding onto their electronics longer. At the same time, we became increasingly aware of the environmental impact of discarded electronics. It was clear—reusing and repurposing devices isn’t just a smart choice; it’s essential for a sustainable future.

That realization led us to expand our vision. In 2020, we stepped into the second-hand electronics market with a clear goal: to source high-quality pre-owned devices and offer them at the most affordable prices. We wanted to give customers access to reliable, like-new electronics—without the hefty price tag of brand-new models.
