How do I track my order?
1. Log in to your account
Click the link, enter the email address used for your order, and you’ll receive a code to log into your account.
2. Select the order
After selecting the order you want to track, you'll see the tracking updates on the page. You can also copy the tracking number and use it to track your parcel on the official Auspost website:

When the parcel is being dispatched?
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. To guarantee their performance, we conduct a final functionality test before dispatching. Your parcel will be shipped within 3 business days. If you haven't received a shipping notification within 5 business days, please submit an inquiry for assistance.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time frame is between 1 to 5 business days. Please note that once your order is shipped, we have no control over any delays during transit. We will work with the service provider to track your order and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Parcel lost, arrived damaged, and item missing
While rare, damages or missing items can occasionally occur during shipping. Don’t worry, we're here to assist you. Damages may include a damaged box or missing item.
If your package arrives damaged or if the item is missing, please report the issue within 2 business days of delivery to help us resolve it quickly and notify the shipping carrier.
