14 Days Return Policy

The 14-day return policy applies to change-of-mind returns. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for faulty devices extend beyond this period. If your device is outside the 14-day change-of-mind return window but still under warranty, we’ll provide a repair or replacement based on the fault. This does not affect your ACL rights, which may allow you to receive a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults. You can submit a warranty claim here.

To proceed with a 14-day change-of-mind return for a refund, follow the step-by-step guide below to open a claim.

1. Log in to your account

Click the link, enter the email address used for your order, and you’ll receive a code to log into your account.

2. Select the order & return

After selecting the order you want to return, you'll see a "Return" button in the top right corner. Click it and fill in the required information.

3. We will get back to you

Once you’ve submitted the claim, our Support Team will respond within 24 hours with more details about the return process. Additional instructions will be provided in the email.

How to Return an Item Under Warranty

All devices sold on DigiCycle come with a 12-month warranty covering both hardware and software defects during the warranty period. This includes any significant discrepancies between the product received and what was originally ordered. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the item is eligible for repair, and if repair isn’t possible, a replacement or refund will be offered.

What does warranty cover?

Our warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, during the 12-month warranty period. This also includes significant discrepancies between the product received and what was originally ordered. If a defect occurs, the item is eligible for repair, and if that isn’t possible, a replacement or refund will be provided.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any external party. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from impact, water, or any other external factors. Your warranty will be void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party. Please note that repairs performed by unauthorized third parties will void your warranty.
